
Jennifer Joanna Aniston (February 11, 1969), better known as Jennifer Aniston, is an American actress, producer, and director. Jennifer was born in Sherman Oaks in Los Angeles. Her parents are John Aniston and Nancy Dow. When she was a child, she was raised among actors, her godfather was the actor Telly Savalas, a close to Jennifer's father's friend. The acting career of her father took her all over the USA. Their parents divorced when she moved to New York. She was separated from her mother. At the age of 6, aged 6, she started attending in the Rudolf Steiner School. It is a Waldorf School of Education that utilizes the Rudolf Steiner theories. She was a gifted artist and had her work been showcased at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Aniston was inspired to become an actor after seeing the Broadway production Children of a Lesser God. The show was a success and she was admitted to the New York High School for Actors at the age of 15. Following graduation, she worked in the restaurant chain called The Jackson Hole, in Manhattan. It allowed her to be offered several Off-Broadway roles thanks to her excellent performance in plays like For Dear Life at New York Public Theater as well as Dancing On Checker's Grave. Los Angeles was her new place of residence in 1989 as she searched for new opportunities. At the beginning of 1990, she starred on various programs on TV.
